Todd Goodman Joins SEPI – South Carolina 

SEPI continues to expand its reach across South Carolina with the exciting addition of Todd Goodman. Todd joins SEPI’s Charleston office as a Roadway Project Manager to continue the growth and expansion of our transportation and roadway design services across South Carolina, while focusing on existing and future client relationships and experience with SCDOT and municipalities.

Todd brings over 25 years of experience to the firm encompassing the design of interstate widenings, interstate interchanges, urban widenings, bridge replacements, and resurfacing/reconstruction projects. His project experience with state and federal government includes SCDOT, NCDOT, FDOT, and NAVFAC.
