Troy Clayton, PLS Joins SEPI as Raleigh Geomatics Leader

We are excited to announce a key strategic hire within our adept Geomatics team. Troy Clayton, PLS joins SEPI as Raleigh Geomatics Leader to focus on continued growth and expansion of this important practice area. Troy’s leadership style is a welcome addition to our other prominent Geomatics Leaders including Henry Fitts, Steve Coats, and Anthony Viglianco.  Troy will significantly impact culture and success across the organization as he manages the oversight of survey office and field staff, Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE) staff, and focus on existing and future client relations and experience.

Troy has over 16 years of experience in land surveying and is knowledgeable in land records research, utilities, rights-of-way, boundary retracement, topography, construction computations and layout, GPS, and conventional control surveys. Troy also has extensive experience in Boundary and ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys.

Troy is a registered Professional Land Surveyor in North Carolina and holds an Associate of Applied of Science degree in Surveying and Civil Engineering Technology from Wake Technical Community College.
