SEPI is providing traffic control support services for West Club Blvd utility rehabilitation including work required for a preliminary engineering report which includes curb ramp audit, crosswalk assessment, pavement assessment, and Preliminary Transportation Management Plans.
The project will also involve close coordination with the City of Durham to minimize the impacts to the surrounding residents and the traveling public including bicycles and pedestrians.
As West Club Blvd is a school bus route, coordination with Durham County Schools and the North Carolina School of Science and Mathematics is also anticipated for determining appropriate time restriction for road and lane closures.
