SEPI was contracted to perform environmental planning services in preparation for the relocation of a small cemetery located within the Wake Tech East Campus site.
Continuing to build upon previous planning efforts and in preparation for campus development, SEPI is assisting Wake Tech with the relocation of a small cemetery located on the site. The project also involves coordinating the annexation process for the property into the Town of Wendell’s corporate limits.
