The Alexander Medical Group selected Deuel, a SEPI company, to provide services for the development of their Smart Care Facility.
Deuel provided land surveying, civil engineering, and landscape architecture services for the development of the 20,000 square foot medical facility. They used various low impact development methods, including pervious concrete in the parking lot, to meet the specific drainage requirements of Pinellas County.
The new Smart Care Facility is fully operational and is currently providing innovative and patient-focused care to its patients. This essential project is the third completed medical facility project Deuel has completed for the Alexander Medical Group.
