Building on a long relationship with the River Run Partnership, SEPI is working with the development team on the next phase of the River Run community in Davidson, NC.
This new phase encompasses approximately 75 acres along Shearer Road along the Rocky River. SEPI has completed a boundary and topographic survey of the property and an environmental inventory per the Town Master Planning requirements.
Plans for the new subdivision are in the conceptual design phase with SEPI working in partnership with the Davidson Planning Department for an upcoming rezoning and subsequent Master Plan submittal.
Once the land use entitlements are complete, SEPI will continue with the project through construction drawings and working with the River Run Partnership during the construction of the project infrastructure.
