SEPI provided landscape architecture services for two separate existing office buildings located in the Regency Park complex for the complete reconstruction of the main entrance plaza to complement an extensive building façade renovation.
Work included the design of hardscape elements, including masonry seat walls and decorative pavement, along with landscape planting plans and site construction drawings for grading, drainage, and site demolition.
Due to the location in a protected watershed, SEPI designed the proposed improvements with the corresponding removal of existing impervious surface area to avoid the need for additional stormwater management devices. SEPI also assisted with site plan submittals to the Town of Cary for review and approval of the site work.
