SEPI is completing roadway design through final plans, environmental surveys, a SEPA MCDC planning document, a CCR/CIA document for the R-5766 A-C roadway improvement project.
The project includes widening 4.1-miles of NC 65 and NC 65/87 from an existing two and three-lane roadway to either a four-lane median divided section or five-lane section, as well as adding sidewalks, re-aligning cross-street intersections, and installing new signals.
Additional services include public involvement, hydraulic design, erosion control, utility coordination and utility design, work zone traffic control, signing and pavement marking, and communications and signal designs. SEPI is also managing geotechnical and structure subconsultants.
