SEPI has been selected to provide planning services for the future creation of an outdoor entertainment district, Plantation Walk.
The project will facilitate annual events and regular programming of outdoor spaces within the development with an eye toward programming flexibility. During the planning process SEPI will also consider the concerns of City of Plantation reviewers and the adjacency of an existing residential community nearby.
Plantation Walk is a massive 27-acre development that features 130,000 square feet of retail, a full-service hotel, Class A office, and luxury rental apartments. All within a walkable, seamlessly connected community for shopping, dining, living, playing and working.
