SEPI is completing the temporary and final traffic signal upgrade design plans for the SR 3007 (West Morgan Street) at Glenwood Avenue in Raleigh, NC.
The design plans included new pole locations, signal heads, pedestrian heads, vehicle loop detectors, and revised electrical and programming details.
