SEPI was selected by the Landmark at North Hills building owner to develop designs for an existing outdoor courtyard space adjacent to a multi-tenant office building.
The scope of work included an extensive initial site evaluation to understand how the space is currently being used by the tenants. Originally built with little consideration for outdoor use, the primary function of the courtyard has been as a connection space between the parking lot and main building entrances.
The design of the space creates an updated aesthetic by using more modern materials to create a vibrant place for tenants to work, relax, or gather as an extension of the existing indoor office spaces. Construction drawings were completed for this project, but this project has not been constructed.
