SEPI was selected to perform environmental services for the East Side General Aviation Campus (GA) of the Charlotte-Douglas International Airport (CLT).
The GA improvements are necessary to provide access between the Fixed Based Operator (FBO) and other general aviation services to enhance safety and relieve congestion in the general aviation campus.
SEPI’s scope of work included preparation of a Phase I ESA as well as Hazardous Materials, Permitting, and Water Quality documentation for the CLT Environmental Assessment (EA) Document.
SEPI conducted site investigation field work and review of regulatory files at NCDEQ Mooresville Regional Office for the Phase I ESA. A final Phase I Report was prepared and submitted to the client. SEPI prepared write-ups for the hazardous materials, permitting, and water quality. These were incorporated in the Final EA Document.
