SEPI is the prime consultant for the NCDOT Express Design-Build project in Davidson and Rowan Counties responsible for replacing 10 aging bridges with concrete box culverts using NCDOT Low-Impact Bridge Replacement design guidelines.
These projects were located within FEMA Detail and Limited Detail Study Areas and required the completion of MOAs (Memorandum of Agreement) between the NCDOT and North Carolina Floodplain Mapping Program (NCFMP).
SEPI scope of services also included utility coordination and the development of Utility By Others (UBO) plans.
