Under this on-call contract, SEPI is responsible for providing planning, environmental, traffic, and design support and technical analysis for Division managed transportation projects.
SEPI has conducted a design review of project plans, technical reports, and other deliverables submitted by private engineering firms and third parties in support of more than 55 NCDOT task orders.
Additional services include general program management support along with tracking and reporting on project development and delivery for Division-managed projects.
