SEPI provided a 2017 and 2040 no-build and build traffic forecast for U-5963.
The project consists of an approximately 1.0-mile segment of NC 16 (Providence Road) from Ballantyne Commons Parkway to Providence Country Club Drive in Charlotte, NC.
The data provided in the forecast includes annual average daily traffic estimates (AADT) for the facility and all key intersecting routes, vehicle classifications, peak-hour factors, directional split percentages, and turning movement estimates for seven intersections within the study area.
