SEPI was selected to provide site design, civil engineering, and land surveying services for the 3800 Glenwood project.

This project is being developed as part of the Glenwood Place Master Plan and includes an approximately 115,000-SF, five-story office building and associated multi-level parking garage.

SEPI staff worked with the Grubb Ventures development team and Duda | Paine Architects to lead the site permitting efforts that included an administrative site plan and concurrent review submittal for approval by the City of Raleigh.
