SEPI is assisting the City of Fayetteville in facilitating their 2019-2024 Capital Improvement Program through projects assigned under the Fayetteville Public Works Commission.

Priority projects identified in categories such water resources and infrastructure are slated for improvements in support of enhanced operations, safety, connectivity, and future maintenance.

For the Freedom Town Center Sewer Replacement project, SEPI is providing environmental services including QA/QC, stream and wetland delineations, threatened and endangered species assessment, USACE meeting and jurisdictional determination, and 404/401 permitting for 1,800-LF of sewer line replacement.

Planning and environmental staff are compiling a Preliminary Jurisdictional Determination Request submittal; threatened and endangered species review; archeological/cultural/historic resources review; preliminary permitting report; and will complete and submit the Pre-Construction Notification (PCN) form.
