SEPI, Inc. understands that a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) is the gold standard for evaluating potential environmental liabilities associated with a real estate asset of any type. Done correctly and the Phase I ESA provides significant protection for the developer. Done incorrectly, and the developer will likely find instances of contamination they will be responsible for later.
For that reason, SEPI’s environmental team adheres closely to those requirements set by the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) for completing Phase I Environmental Site Assessments. Our team of qualified environmental professionals have a proven track record identifying potential environmental issues associated with sites and have the expertise to distinguish what should and should not be considered a Recognized Environmental Condition. In addition, our team’s capacity allows us the flexibility to begin work immediately to meet project schedules.
“Thank you so much! You and the SEPI team have outdone yourselves, once again.” -Mariana Molina, President, Bella Vista Development Group, LLC.
