As SEPI’s Land Development practice area continues to grow, we welcome Tammy, Karen, Jenny, Deepesh and Daniel to this talented team. 

Tammy Spivey – Wilmington Land Development Manager
Tammy joins SEPI to grow and expand our land development practice area in the Wilmington and surrounding markets. Tammy is skilled in developing and maintaining strong rapport and trust with clients, resulting in long term business relationships. Her 28 years of experience includes evaluating land acquisition and development opportunities, managing, and coordinating all aspects of project development including land planning, civil design, entitlements, and installation of infrastructure to bring projects from concept to completion.

Karen Creech – Landscape Architect/Land Planner
Karen is a Professional Landscape Architect with a background in Planning, Interior Design, and Architecture. Her vast landscape architecture and planning portfolio includes master planning, zoning and land development (including form-based codes), site analysis, feasibility studies, site layout and design, streetscape design, preparing construction documents, and construction administration/observations.

Jenny Adams – Site Civil CAD Technician II
Jenny brings to SEPI a diverse skill set obtained during her 22 years as a Design Associate. She is experienced in CAD systems and management and adds considerable permitting experience to the team. Jenny will be utilizing her strong technical, communication, and organizational skills to support our Land Development team.

Deepesh Dewadi – Land Development Project Engineer
Deepesh brings an array of experience in residential, commercial and construction development design. His expertise spans project management, public involvement and coordination of meetings, project manuals and exhibit, and presentations. Deepesh also has experience in waterline and sewer modeling, storm sewer design and analysis, flood plain cut and fill mitigation, conveyance zone analysis, and storm water pollution prevention plans.

Daniel Huckaby – Civil Analyst
With a background in the layout and design of residential communities, Daniel’s experience enhances our Land Development services. He is a passionate designer and brings with him general Land Development principles of design, expertise in AutoCAD programs, water resources management skills, and knowledge of environmental services.
