Ladd Gibson, PE Joins SEPI

We are excited to announce a key strategic hire to support our Southeast Region expansion.  Ladd Gibson joins SEPI this week as South Carolina Director to lead our expanding presence across the state.  Ladd will be integral in establishing SEPI as a full-service engineering consulting firm in South Carolina by executing strategic initiatives in conjunction with SEPI VISION 2021 to achieve the company’s organizational goals, mission, and vision.

Ladd contributes a stellar 28-year history and talent to the existing strength and vision of the SEPI leadership team, most recently serving as Program Director for Mega Projects for the SC Department of Transportation. He knows what it takes to build successful teams and deliver quality, complex infrastructure projects including his oversight on the Carolina Crossroads I-20/26/126 Corridor Improvement Project during his time at SC Department of Transportation.

Ladd holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Clemson University and has held numerous leadership positions within both the North Carolina and South Carolina Departments of Transportation during his career with both as well as industry organizations ACEC and DBIA.  He is married to Lynsee Gibson and they have two children.
