Kaitlyn’s favorite SEPI value is Be Positive, “You have the ability to control so much in your daily experience through your mindset and approach to life. A piece of a blog I read a while back always sticks with me. It said to change the statement – “I have to” to “I get to”. Flipping your view point like this is powerful and it has definitely benefited me on Monday mornings.
